New Mosque Opens in Uganda to Help People Pray Together.
A kind man named Dr. Hafidh built a beautiful new mosque in a small village called Wakitaka. The mosque will make it easier for Muslim people to pray because they won't need to walk very far anymore. Before this mosque, people had to walk a long way to another mosque for their prayers.
Sheikh Bukenya came to open the mosque. He asked everyone to stay friends and work together. He told people not to listen to the wrong stories that some people in Kampala tell about Muslim leaders. He wants all Muslims to be happy and united.
The new mosque has clean water from a special well that everyone can use. This makes people very happy because they can wash before praying and have fresh water to drink. A man named Asuman gave the land to build the mosque because his family wanted to help people pray together.
