Seven suspected robbers killed prominent businessman Joseph Mutangadura at his Lisheen Estate farmhouse in Ruwa during a late-night attack. The victim, known as Mtangaz, operated multiple enterprises spanning from the popular Mutangadura Hideout to several butcheries and various commercial ventures. Armed attackers confronted the businessman and demanded money from him during the assault.
Mutangadura told the assailants he carried no cash and explained that revenues were stored at the abattoir facility.
