Navy team Operation Delta Sanity found secret oil theft sites in the Omadino Community. The group shut down these illegal places during their search on April 10. They discovered refining ovens, five holes dug into the ground, and many bags filled with stolen crude oil. This happened after Itsekiri young people claimed TANTITA security officers targeted them unfairly. Local leaders had said no criminal activities like this occur in their area.
