Niger State Swaps Okadas for Subsidised Electric Rides

Niger Governor Bago plans to replace tricycles with electric cars for state transport. He announced a deal with Chinese partners to build an EV assembly plant in the state. Civil servants will have access to these cars at lower prices. The government aims to make travel easier for workers.

Niger State has taken control of federal roads to fix them for locals. The administration wants to construct 10,000 homes for government workers through a new housing program. They plan to upgrade the water system to pipe water across the state. Schools will receive free internet service. Governor Bago promised to improve living conditions for all state employees.
