Nioh 3 unsheathes fury, demo cuts deep in January

Team NINJA and KOEI TECMO confirmed that a fresh Nioh 3 demo drops for PlayStation 5 and PC, letting people grind solo or team up online with three others. The previous trial version was locked to PS5 only, but cross-play remains unavailable for multiplayer sessions even when the full game ships. Progress from the demo transfers over to the final release.

Pre-orders are live with the standard version hitting $79.99 while the Digital Deluxe package costs $119.99 and bundles in a season pass, plus bonus weapons and accessories. Physical collectors can snag a Treasure Box edition through the NIS America Store that packs an artbook, soundtrack, and desk pad alongside the base game. Early buyers score armor sets from William and Hide that show up in previous franchise entries.

The full game releases for PlayStation 5 and PC, and developers promised the difficulty curve stays balanced without random spikes. Steam users can grab Nioh: Complete Edition for 90% off as a launch promo.
