Only a one-year contract for Marian Marinica?

What is ZIFA thinking, giving Marian Marinica only a one-year contract? That makes no sense to me. How can a coach build anything real in just twelve months? He barely has time to learn the players' names before he has to worry about his contract being renewed. It feels like we are setting him up to fail.

This short-term thinking is what keeps holding our football back. We need a long-term project, not just another temporary fix. I'm worried Marian Marinica will just focus on easy wins to try and get a new deal instead of building a proper foundation for the future. This decision just feels very shortsighted.

You're spot on. The one-year contract is a joke, and it’s my biggest problem with this whole Marian Marinica appointment. It just proves that ZIFA has absolutely no long-term vision for our football. They are just lurching from one crisis to the next. How can they expect any coach to build a team identity and a sustainable project in just 12 months? It's impossible.

It puts Marian Marinica in a terrible position. He can't afford to experiment. He can't take risks on young local players. He has to go for quick results just to save his own job. This means he'll probably rely on older players and won't build for the future. And what happens if we have a couple of bad results at the start? The pressure will be massive.

This is just classic ZIFA. They hire a coach but don't give him the security or the tools to actually succeed. It's unfair to Marian Marinica, and it's unfair to the fans. We all want stability and a team we can be proud of. This one-year deal just guarantees more chaos and uncertainty. I'm already tired of it.
