Pakistan Army starves Balochistan villages in siege

Human rights organizations accused the Pakistan Army on Saturday of creating a humanitarian crisis through military operations in Balochistan's Zehri region. Paank reported that authorities imposed a curfew in Khuzdar district villages and blocked civilian movement while residents faced shortages of food, water, and medical supplies. The Baloch Yakjehti Committee said bombardment killed two elderly women and displaced families as forces destroyed homes, crops, water sources, and solar systems. Rights groups demanded immediate aid, restoration of basic services, transparent investigations, and accountability under international humanitarian law while condemning the media blackout and blocked relief access.
