Ram Charan wraps Delhi shoot, Peddi gallops toward glory

The movie Peddi, a rural action drama starring Ram Charan, just finished shooting parts of it in Delhi. Director Buchi Babu Sana is helming the project, with cinematographer Rathnavelu posting online about wrapping that part of the schedule. He called the visuals poetic and praised Charan's performance. Key scenes were filmed there, and the whole dialogue portion should be done by late January.

Production is moving fast, with editing and other post-production work already underway. A major fight scene, designed by action director Sham Kaushal, was shot earlier on a huge custom set at an aluminum factory in Hyderabad. Production designer Avinash Kolla built that set. Sources say the director is being a perfectionist about these action segments, planning each one with unique ideas and big execution. The film also features Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead, along with actors like Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, and Divyendu Sharma.

The film is a big-budget project from producer Venkata Satish Kilaru's Vriddhi Cinemas. It is presented by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings. The technical team is stacked, including music composer A.R. Rahman and editor Navin Nooli. Early posters have already generated buzz. The plan is for a wide release across India in late March 2026.
