RTX 5060 Owners Face Random Blank Screen Nightmare

Many people bought NVIDIA's new RTX 5060 graphics cards, but they cannot use their computers properly. The expensive video cards cause blank screens that appear without warning during normal computer use. Some customers cannot even start their machines after installing these graphics processors. NVIDIA released new computer firmware to fix the black screen problems. The company admits this solution only works for certain types of crashes.

Computer users report their systems freeze or crash at random moments throughout the day. Heavy video games do not cause these crashes more often than simple tasks like browsing websites. Many customers cannot access their computer's basic startup menus after installing RTX 5060 cards. NVIDIA support staff ask people to send crash reports when their troubleshooting steps fail. The graphics card maker suggests several fixes that require technical knowledge.

NVIDIA warns customers to avoid older computer startup methods called Legacy mode. People must use newer UEFI boot systems or contact their graphics card company for different software. The firmware update requires customers to shut down their computers completely before restarting. Many users report success only when starting their computers in safe mode. Customer complaints continue piling up on social media and NVIDIA's official support forums.
