Police arrested Prince Ndabambi for killing a man during a bribe attempt. The 39-year-old officer works at ZRP Ruwa station. He beat Blessed Believe Juruvenge to death after demanding money. Juruvenge died from his injuries on May 28. The victim was 30 years old and lived near Damafalls.
The trouble started when someone used fake money at Juruvenge's shop. Mwazha tried buying groceries with a counterfeit 50-dollar bill. This caused a fight between the two men. Mwazha offered to pay 100 dollars to settle the matter. He later reported Juruvenge to police for assault instead.

The beating continued until Juruvenge lost consciousness. Ndabambi dragged the injured man to a jail cell. Another officer noticed Juruvenge had trouble breathing that night. Medical staff took him to Ruwa Rehabilitation Centre. He died the next morning from his injuries.
