Scared Diddy begs judge for Fort Dix safe haven

Sean Combs has requested a transfer to FCI Fort Dix, a low-security New Jersey facility, as he serves his 50-month sentence. Attorney Teny Geragos filed a letter with Judge Arun Subramanian arguing that the prison would allow Combs to address substance abuse problems and facilitate family visits. His legal team previously warned that an inmate had planned to attack him.

Mark Geragos, his longtime attorney, stated on the 2 Angry Men podcast that Combs faces danger at any facility. Judge Subramanian may recommend the transfer, but the Bureau of Prisons holds final authority. Combs has spent more than one year at MDC Brooklyn and faces over two years of remaining incarceration. The New Jersey facility previously housed Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice.
