Mystery Shrouds Kenyan Brand Manager's Christmas Disappearance.

A 28-year-old woman vanished from her family home near Nairobi days before Christmas. Her family wants answers.

Lilian Nyambura Mbugua came home for the holidays. She worked as a brand manager at East Africa Breweries Limited in Nairobi. She arrived at her mother's house in Gikono on December 21.

The next day brought no signs of trouble. She went to church with her family, who shared meals at home on Monday. Around 5 p.m., she walked out of their gated community, wearing a head scarf and slippers.

"She seemed to be taking a normal walk around the estate," said her uncle, George Njuguna.

The family found both her phones left behind. Her car stayed parked at home, and her laptop, house keys, and ID papers remained inside.

Hours passed with no word from Lilian. The family reported her missing on December 24. Police began looking into three phone calls she made two days before she vanished.

The search faces challenges. Police can't track her location since she left without any devices. Her uncle says she kept quiet and seemed tired before she disappeared.

"She acted normal with everyone that weekend," Njuguna said.

The hunt for answers goes on. Police ask anyone with tips to call the family at 0715689430 or visit their nearest station.
