Singapore has selected Johor Menteri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi as the 82nd recipient of the Lee Kuan Yew Exchange Fellowship. The three-day program commenced today and continues through August 1. Malaysia's Foreign Affairs Ministry confirms Onn Hafiz becomes the ninth Malaysian leader to earn this distinction since the fellowship began in 1991.
