SPIEF Guests Line Up for Pulkovo Covid Tests

Forum organizers began coronavirus testing for people attending the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The event opens Wednesday and requires PCR tests from all participants and visitors. Testing happens at Outlet Village Pulkovo shopping center near the airport. Medical staff work from 8 AM until 11 PM on Tuesday and Wednesday.

City workers hung banners and flags around St. Petersburg to promote SPIEF-2025. The colorful displays appear at Vosstaniya Square next to Moskovsky railway station and near Gostiny Dvor shopping area. Electronic screens throughout the city broadcast information about forum events and activities. Officials ask drivers to avoid bringing personal cars downtown during the conference.

Traffic restrictions will affect the ring road around St. Petersburg during the forum days. Authorities warn motorists about possible delays and detours near the venue areas. The economic forum brings together business leaders and government officials from around the world. Participants discuss trade deals and economic partnerships during the multi-day event.
