St Petersburg metro to hit Kudrovo by 2030 as plans race ahead near the Mega mall

Regional authorities plan to build a metro to Kudrovo within five years. The Mega shopping center will anchor the new transport hub location. Design teams continue developing construction documentation for the ambitious project. Officials reduced project expenses by eleven billion rubles through detailed planning revisions. Land acquisition procedures commence this September to secure the necessary building sites.

Completed state examinations cleared railway connections to Levashovo and Sertolovo for development. Construction teams coordinated highway expansion stages across the Vsevolozhsk district territory. The comprehensive transport center will feature metro access, bus terminals, and parking facilities. These improvements target congestion relief around Dybenko Street corridors. Central Street realignment will connect directly to Murmanskoye Highway, while Stroiteley Avenue receives expansion treatment. Current road infrastructure reaches fifty percent completion, with projections indicating sixty-five to seventy percent completion by December.
