Synchro Arts has released RePitch 2, a comprehensive overhaul of its vocal pitch-correction plug-in, featuring a redesigned interface and significant new capabilities. The update introduces multitrack editing, allowing users to manage multiple vocal tracks within a single instance, and adds SmartAttack, a transient-detection function that aligns vocals to the timing grid while preserving natural expressiveness and groove.
Other enhancements include a floating toolbar for quicker access to editing functions, refined note editing for greater control, and a streamlined user interface optimized for efficiency in modern music production. According to Patrick Bourget, VP of Product at LANDR, the rebuild prioritizes a workflow that is both intuitive and musically authentic.
RePitch 2 is compatible with Windows 10 and later, and macOS 10.14 and above, supporting VST3, AU, and AAX formats. It is available now in two editions: Elements at $69 and Standard at $149, with SmartAttack and multitrack editing exclusive to the Standard version.
