Attorney Tony Buzbee filed two sexual assault lawsuits against Sean Combs on Thursday, one day before the music executive learns his sentence. Lakeisha Ward accused Combs of assaulting her at a 2018 pool party at his Los Angeles residence after she signed a nondisclosure agreement, and she stated she felt dizzy following drinks before the alleged assault occurred in a bedroom.
Dejoan Bledsoe claimed Combs assaulted him in 2009 at the Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel when he was 18 years old. Bledsoe said he met Combs at a gathering where he received promises of a music career before he was allegedly drugged, and he reported losing consciousness repeatedly throughout the night.
Both plaintiffs seek compensatory damages and punitive damages through their legal representation. Representatives for Combs have not issued a public statement regarding the allegations.
