Druski Cleared in Sexual Assault Lawsuit, Lawsuit Now Faces Sanctions

Comedy star Druski just scored a major legal victory against false assault claims. A federal judge threw out serious charges that linked him to Sean Combs and Odell Beckham Jr. The woman who sued him said he attacked her during March 2018 near San Francisco. Judge Rita Lin studied the evidence and found Druski was actually living across the country. His phone records and bank statements proved he never left Georgia that day.

Ashley Parham tried to drag the funny man into her lawsuit against the famous rapper and football player. She claimed all three men hurt her at a California party six years ago. Druski fought back hard with solid proof of his whereabouts. His cell phone data showed every call came from Georgia phone numbers. The comedian also had bank records proving he was totally broke with just 91 cents.

The judge called it virtually certain that Druski was thousands of miles away from the alleged crime scene. Court documents reveal he was living at home with his family and had zero Hollywood connections. He blasted the accusations as completely fake lies on social media. The ruling clears his name from any connection to the disturbing allegations. Druski can demand money from his accusers to cover his expensive legal bills.

The court will decide if Parham and her lawyers must pay hefty financial penalties. A special hearing about those punishment fees happens next Monday. The judge wants to make sure false accusers face real consequences for wasting court time.
