Everyone knows the basics of the FL Studio piano roll, but I know there have to be some hidden gems. What are your favorite lesser-known shortcuts or tools in the FL Studio piano roll that help you write melodies faster or more creatively?

Alt+S (Strum) is my all-time favorite. It shifts the notes slightly to make your chords sound more realistic, like they're being strummed on a guitar. Also, don't sleep on the Riff Machine (Alt+E). It's in the tools menu and is amazing for generating new melodies when you're stuck. The FL Studio piano roll is genuinely the best in the business.
