VP Mohadi urges youth to drive Zimbabwe's Vision 2030

Vice President Kembo Mohadi identified young people as essential drivers of Zimbabwe's economic and social transformation, citing their energy and creativity. Speaking at an Intergenerational Dialogue Summit in Harare, he described youth as digital natives and innovators vital for future economic growth. The Vice President urged them to take a leading role in national development.

The summit, organized by the Vision 2030 Movement, aimed to bridge generational divides and foster collaboration. Attendees included Minister Paul Mavima, Minister Tino Machakaire, Ambassador Chris Mutsvangwa, and NetOne CEO Raphael Mushanawani. Mohadi emphasized that combining the wisdom of elders with the fresh spirit of youth is key to addressing national challenges.

Mohadi expressed confidence in Zimbabwe's trajectory, pointing to successful transformations in nations like Singapore and Rwanda. He stated that the country's abundant resources and resilient population make the goal of achieving Vision 2030 a tangible reality, attainable through unified effort and national pride.
