Police in Monkey Bay arrested 21-year-old Regina Justine after she allegedly sliced her client's genitals with a razor blade while he was passed out drunk at Devil Street in the trading center. The victim reportedly could not perform because he was wasted, which made her angry enough to grab a blade and attack him while he slept. Cops issued a medical report and sent him to Monkey Bay Community Hospital, where he is still getting treated.
