Woman pleads guilty to TikTok PM death threat

A TikTok user from Trinidad and Tobago admitted she posted content calling for violence against Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar, and Alianna Samaroo is waiting to hear her punishment after copping to charges under emergency regulations. The 30-year-old mother got released on bail, and her own mom begged for forgiveness while saying the arrest should teach her kid some respect for government officials.

Cops are cracking down on online threats after another person got charged for allegedly threatening a former cabinet minister on Facebook. Meanwhile, six people walked free from a conspiracy-to-murder case because prosecutors never turned in evidence or filed the required paperwork, and the High Court dismissed everything when disclosure deadlines got blown.
