Yordanova criticized the delayed appointment and suggested the chosen legal framework lacks the necessary judicial controls present in other models. She further accused the government of hypocrisy regarding anti-corruption efforts, noting a signed request for the resignation of a commission head that was not supported by all coalition members.
She also condemned the proposed 2026 budget as a declaration of war on the middle class and businesses. Yordanova concluded by stating that the justice system is experiencing a deepening crisis due to a refusal by certain individuals to implement the law.
