chikapa

for the most part, this is a rhythmic movement of the pelvis (hudyu) done by women to increase sexual pleasure and is normally taught at chinamwari (or chinamwali) camps. This may sometimes include doing sele or gyrating on a mbolis (i.e., "twerking on a phallus").

Furthermore, women who regularly practice yoga and pilates usually have stronger pelvic floor muscles than women who don't. There are muscles down there that can be flexed, and when you do that, the vice grip around a mbolis will be tighter. The objective is always to apply pressure (kuti shwee) and let go slowly as the session continues, rinse repeat until infinity.
