The university requires specific documents before releasing scholarship funds.

Each student must bring a current passport-sized photograph to claim their award. They also need a copy of their registration card from the university. Students must provide an official copy of their national identification card. University staff will verify all documents before giving out scholarship money. The process helps ensure payments reach the correct students.
