Anwar to address key G20 sessions on economic growth and climate action

On the final day of the G20 Summit in Johannesburg, Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim is scheduled to present Malaysia's national statement. He will address two primary sessions, the first focusing on fostering inclusive economic growth and sustainable development. The second session will cover global resilience topics such as climate change and food security.

The Prime Minister will later attend an official dinner hosted by South African President Cyril Ramaphosa. His participation in this summit follows an invitation extended to Malaysia in its capacity as the ASEAN chair. The Malaysian delegation includes several ministers and a business contingent.
