Union Minister Prataprao Jadhav told Parliament that 31,466 hospitals participate nationwide, with 14,194 being private facilities. The program provides Rs. 5 lakh annual health coverage per family for approximately 55 crore beneficiaries from economically vulnerable populations. Healthcare authorities have issued more than 41 crore Ayushman Cards across India by June 30.

States can choose from Trust Mode, Insurance Mode, or Hybrid Mode for implementation and may switch between options.
