Bangladesh's Monjurul gets award from Kirsten's CoachED

CoachED has officially recognized Md Monjurul Islam as a Level 4 Elite Cricket Coach after he earned the prestigious certification. The former Bangladesh left-arm pacer completed all necessary course modules and passed the required examinations. Gary Kirsten, the former South African player who coached India to World Cup victory, directs this elite coaching program. The 45-year-old Islam played international cricket for Bangladesh across 17 Test matches and 34 One Day Internationals during his career. Bangladesh appointed him as chief selector for their women's cricket team in October 2020.
