Corsair AI Workstation 300 ditches GPU for AMD Ryzen AI Max

Corsair released the AI Workstation 300, a compact desktop computer designed for artificial intelligence applications. The system measures 96.5 by 188.4 by 247.5 millimeters and uses AMD Ryzen AI Max processors. Pricing starts at $1,599 for the basic model with an eight-core Ryzen AI Max 385 processor and 64 gigabytes of memory. A sixteen-core Ryzen AI Max+ 395 version costs $2,299, while a fully loaded configuration with 128 gigabytes of RAM and four terabytes of storage reaches $2,024. The machine comes preloaded with Corsair AI Software Suite, which features Amuse AI for image generation and Jan AI for offline voice assistance.

The workstation targets developers and engineers who need local AI processing power without cloud connectivity. A 350-watt internal power supply eliminates the need for external adapters. Front panel connections feature SD card reader, USB4 port, USB 3.2 ports, and audio jack. Rear connectivity provides HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4, USB4, Ethernet, and additional ports. The system emphasizes AMD APU technology rather than discrete graphics cards for AI acceleration tasks.
