Delta Builds New School Blocks to Aid Local Education

Delta Corporation, a top Zimbabwean beverage company, is doubling down on its promise to help communities grow. They just finished building and furnishing two brand-new classroom blocks at Mudzengi Primary School in Chirumanzu District, Midlands Province. The classrooms even have bathroom facilities. The Minister of State for Midlands Province, Honourable Owen Ncube, was there to hand everything over officially.

Patricia Murambinda, Delta Corporation's General Manager for Corporate Affairs, spoke on behalf of the company. She emphasized how dedicated they are to improving schools. "Delta is putting a lot of money into education as part of our promise to give back to the community and help students do their best," Murambinda said.

The new classrooms have all the latest stuff to ensure kids have a great place to learn. Delta has been working on this for a long time—they've been building two new classrooms every year for the past 25 years. Murambinda said Delta is really proud to help future generations through education.

"We're so excited to give these amazing classrooms to Mudzengi Primary School," she said. "As a company that cares about the community, we know how important education is for shaping the future of our country. We're committed to supporting programs that help students excel." The school's head, Mr. Serere, thanked Delta Corporation for being so generous. He said the new classrooms will make a huge difference for the school and give local kids better opportunities to learn.
