Dhiziri Powers MWOS To Unbeaten PSL Run

Tinotenda Mutyambizi earned the nickname Dhiziri during his school days at Ruvheneko Primary School because he loved cars and always arrived late. Other students walked to school each morning but young Mutyambizi waited for the groundsman's vehicle every day. His classmates teased him for this strange habit but he never got angry about the nickname. The boy from Glen Norah always laughed off their jokes and accepted the name Dhiziri with good humor. His childhood obsession with vehicles created a lasting identity that followed him through his soccer career.

The 26-year-old midfielder transforms Mwhile into a Premier Soccer League force during their debut season under coach Lloyd Mutasa. Mutyambizi anchors the team's midfield with smart play and controlled aggression that helps them stay unbeaten. He learned to refine his rough tackling style after receiving two suspensions at GreenFuel during 2023. The player credits his teammates and coach for teaching him patience and better decision making on the field. His performance against Scottland at Ngoni Stadium showed how much he has improved as a complete midfielder who can defend and attack.
