Dr Muswere Slams March 31 Protest Cyber BS

Zimbabwe's Information Minister, Dr. Jenfan Muswere, asked everyone to ignore calls for protests. He spoke to reporters Saturday morning in Harare, telling them these ideas come from confused troublemakers. The minister promised all citizens that police and security teams stand ready to keep everyone safe across the country.

Dr. Muswere spoke as the main voice of the government, making sure everyone knew Zimbabwe remained peaceful. He wants people to ignore fake news spreading on Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms about March 31, 2025. The minister called the people sharing these scary messages "cyber terrorists" who just want to cause problems for regular citizens going about their day.

The government believes the Constitution protects all normal activities happening right now. Dr. Muswere emphasized that life should continue as usual despite what anyone might read online. His message focused on keeping calm during this time when rumors try to create fear among the public.
