A deadly shooting struck an unofficial after-party for the Hard Summer music festival early Monday morning. Two fatalities occurred along with six injuries when gunfire erupted near East 14th Place and Paloma Street around 1 AM. The industrial location sits north of the 10 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles.
