Iran's Ballistic Missile Power Tested by Israeli Strikes

Iran holds the Middle East's biggest missile collection. The country fired hundreds of rockets and drones at Israel after threats from its supreme leader. Most missiles failed to reach their targets because Israel has strong defense systems. Some weapons broke through and killed at least 13 people. Israel struck back at Iran's military bases and nuclear sites.

Israel's Operation Rising Lion killed 242 people and destroyed Iranian command centers. Iran planned to launch 1000 missiles but could not move them from storage after Israeli attacks. The country uses different types of ballistic missiles that can travel over 1000 kilometers. These weapons fly fast and hit targets from steep angles. Iran also sends drones to confuse Israeli defense systems.

Israel uses several defense systems like Iron Dome and Arrow missiles to stop incoming attacks. No defense system works perfectly and some missiles always get through. Israeli forces lack powerful bunker-buster bombs needed to destroy deep underground Iranian nuclear facilities. The conflict may continue for months or years until major political changes happen. Israel has better intelligence and can keep attacking Iranian targets more easily.
