Some people from Kenya were attacked near the border of Kenya and Ethiopia. It happened in a place called Todonyang. The attack was very serious, and now some Kenyans are missing. The Kenyan government is working hard to find them.
Kipchumba Murkomen, an important leader in Kenya, said that Kenya and Ethiopia talked about the problem. Ethiopia has agreed to let Kenyans go to the place where the attack happened. They want to search for the missing people and also look for 15 boats.
Mr. Murkomen promised that the Kenyan government is doing everything it can to find the missing Kenyans and that they are talking with the Ethiopian government to make things peaceful again in that area.
He asked the families of the missing people to stay calm. He said the government cares about them and will tell them more about the search as soon as they can.
