Pearl Bank just wrapped up its holiday promotion called the Pearl Santa campaign. The bank finished the festivities with a visit to its Nansana Branch after surprising customers at locations across the country. Marketing head Priscilla Akora said the goal was a personal thank you for client loyalty during the Christmas season, using a Santa figure dressed in the bank's signature purple color.
This campaign marked the first major customer event under their new name, following their official transition from PostBank. Activities started at their Kampala headquarters before moving to other central branches and then to regional areas in the north, east, and west. Akora explained the purple Santa ties directly to the fresh corporate identity, representing a deeper commitment to improved service. The bank plans more programs focused on financial inclusion and supporting Ugandan entrepreneurship, after recently receiving its official operating license from the national bank.
