The Renewed Hope Ambassadors Group plans to double its membership from 5.3 million to 10 million volunteers as part of a national campaign promoting President Bola Tinubu's economic reforms. National Convener Oke Idawene told a Southwest Integrity Group Summit that many citizens remain unaware of what he characterized as the beneficial impacts of presidential policies on national development.
Idawene urged Nigerians to support the administration, saying anyone opposing Tinubu acts as an enemy of the country. He called for international collaboration rather than criticism, specifically mentioning former American President Donald Trump. Deputy National Chairman Omole Oluwasegun said the president has identified Nigeria's challenges and possesses the solutions, while Osun State Coordinator Olamilekan Mustapha noted the sensitization effort will help strengthen the All Progressives Congress ahead of the 2026 gubernatorial election.
