So this year's Zim Achievers Awards South Africa for 2018 were held on the 7th of April at the Hilton Hotel in Sandton. Some of the notable guests include Lance Mambondiani, Oliver Mtukudzi, Mbonisi Mahonondo, Kim Jayde, Olinda Chapel, and Njabulo Nkomo.

World Remit was founded by Ismail Ahmed, Catherine Wines, and Richard Igoe but they got their funding from Accel Partners. Right now I think the ownership structure has obviously changed, and since it's not yet a public company it's not very clear what the ownership structure looks like.
