Second Patch Hits Last of Us II Remastered on PC

Developer Nixxes released a second patch for The Last of Us Part II Remastered on PC. This update fixes game crashes and audio problems during the Grounded documentary. Players also noticed that the display menu sliders worked correctly after the patch. The company still needs to solve the autosave problems many gamers have reported. They continue working on a permanent fix for everyone affected.

Nixxes explained through social media that cloud services might block save files from writing properly. They suggested that players temporarily stop OneDrive syncing as a workaround solution. PC gamers can pause OneDrive by clicking its taskbar icon, selecting the gear symbol, plus choosing Pause sync. The remastered game launched at April's start less than two weeks ago. Nixxes already published two updates addressing major issues gamers complained about immediately after release. At their current speed, they should solve the autosave problem soon.
