Shettima condemns suicide bombing in Borno and vows justice

Vice-President Kashim Shettima spoke out against a deadly bomb attack that killed many people at a local restaurant. The terrible incident happened on Friday night at a food place near Konduga Local Government Area of Borno State. Shettima called the bombing a horrible act of terrorism against regular people who did nothing wrong. He asked government agencies to investigate the attack more carefully and help the victims and their families right away. The Vice-President used to serve as governor of Borno State and knows the area well.

Shettima felt sorry for the families who lost people they loved and promised the government would catch the criminals. He said the federal government would never stop trying to bring the attackers to court and make them pay for their crimes. The Vice-President told families that the government would stand with them during this hard time and give them all the help they need. President Bola Tinubu leads the current administration and wants to bring lasting peace and safety back to the Northeast region. Officials promise to protect all parts of Nigeria from dangerous groups that want to hurt innocent people.
