Antil secured his third world title in the F64 javelin throw with a championship record of 71.37 meters, while Sargar won the F44 category with a throw of 62.82 meters. The victories moved India to fourth place in the medal standings with four gold, four silver, and one bronze medal.

Antil achieved three throws beyond 65 meters and established the new meet record on his fifth attempt with Olympic champion Neeraj Chopra watching from the stands.
