Police caught a man who stole an EPA Toyota Land Cruiser in Tarkwa. Officers arrested Salifu Gariba last Wednesday on the Tamale-Bolgatanga Highway near Kukobia. They recovered the government vehicle with plate number GS 1845-23 from him. Police say someone took the car from an EPA worker's home in Budo City early Tuesday morning.
