Trump Declares India Pakistan Instant Ceasefire Win

US President Donald Trump said India and Pakistan stopped fighting after talks with American help. He posted on Truth Social that both nations agreed to end all attacks immediately. Pakistan Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar backed up this news. Dar stated that Pakistan wants peace but will defend its borders. He thanked everyone for paying attention to this issue.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the countries will start peace talks soon at a neutral place. He praised both prime ministers for making smart choices. Rubio and JD Vance spent two days talking with leaders from both sides. India had earlier hit targets inside Pakistan after militants killed Indian tourists last month. Pakistan denied any part in that attack.

Both countries threw blame at each other for shooting across the border after India started its military moves. The nations both claim Kashmir belongs to them. This peace deal comes after days of growing tension between the nuclear powers. US officials worked hard to calm both sides down.
