US Plants Crank Out NVIDIA AI Supercomputers

NVIDIA plans to build AI supercomputers entirely in the US for the first time, working closely with manufacturing partners. The company has secured over a million square feet of factory space to produce Blackwell chips in Arizona and assemble AI supercomputers in Texas.

Production of Blackwell chips has already begun at TSMC facilities in Phoenix, Arizona. NVIDIA also teams up with Foxconn in Houston and Wistron in Dallas to create supercomputer plants. These factories should reach full production capacity within the next year or so.

Making AI chips and supercomputers requires advanced technology throughout the supply chain. NVIDIA has partnered with Amkor and SPIL for packaging and testing operations in Arizona. The company expects to manufacture up to half a trillion dollars' worth of AI infrastructure in the United States over the next four years.

These partnerships help strengthen supply chains and create new business opportunities. NVIDIA AI supercomputers power specialized data centers built specifically for artificial intelligence processing. Experts predict dozens of large AI factories will be constructed soon.

This manufacturing initiative could generate hundreds of thousands of jobs and add trillions to the economy in coming decades. The factories will produce the essential technology needed for America's growing AI industry.
