Warpaint - "Underneath"

As announced in February, the members of American indie rock band, Warpaint, have decided to celebrate the band's two-decade anniversary with a double single release on vinyl and digital format. Right off the bat, the Californian group breathed life into the unreleased track "Common Blue," a psychedelic rock piece that stands out for its vocal harmonies and the quartet's always meticulous creative process. This same refinement, however, from a different approach, repeats itself in the delicate "Underneath," with its acoustic arrangements.

"In these songs, we tie a bow around this moment of our lives and all the experiences and compositions we've shared over the years," the band celebrated in a statement. "It's been an incredible journey and has taken us all over the world sharing good times with beautiful people. Our hearts are full," said the quartet. Released two years ago, Radiate Like This (2022) was the group's latest album of original songs.
