Wike says court will sort out Fubara suspension

Nyesom Wike says courts will decide if suspending Governor Fubara, Deputy Governor Odu, and Rivers State lawmakers was legal. The FCT Minister explained that eleven different cases about the emergency rule have already been filed. Wike admitted during a media interview that he dislikes the emergency declaration in his home state. He still acknowledged that Nigeria's Constitution gives the President power to declare emergencies when needed. The situation remains unresolved until the courts make their final decisions.
