Can you start a business without money?

What's the real deal about starting a business without money? To me, it sounds like something that a con artist would say, so what do y'all think about business ideas without savings?

Every single business needs capital in one way or the other. So in a nutshell, you can't start a business without cash, but you can launch a business with other people's money. By other people's money, I am referring to loans from banks, angel investors, and venture capitalists.

You could start a business with other people's money: a loan. But nobody really knows if your business is going to make it. However, the bank or the financial institution has to be paid back in full regardless of whether you make money or lose money.
