Job seekers find corpse in boot, killer arrested

Two job seekers found a corpse in their trunk after a sketchy work offer. Men looking for daily work accepted a ride from a white man who promised them a driving job around Randhart. He left them with his car on Jacqueline Street, telling them to meet at Brackenhurst Square, but he never arrived. They discovered hair and blood inside the vehicle, then found a white woman's body in the boot.

Panicked, they drove straight to the Katlehong North police station to report the dead body. Police spokeswoman Captain Neldah Sekgobela confirmed their account about being recruited from a street corner. Authorities arrested a suspect at the Brackenhurst Police Station in Alberton, charging him with murder. The investigation continues after the two witnesses stumbled into a nightmare scenario.
