Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, President of Zanzibar and Chairman of the Revolutionary Council, swore in Dr. Mwinyi Talib Haji as the Isles' Attorney General today, November 6, 2025, at a ceremony held at the State House in Zanzibar.
