What is the drug mutoriro that's used by ghetto youths in Zimbabwe?

It's crystal meth ("methamphetamine").

Another street name for mutoriro is guka.

What's worse mutoriro or mangemba?

All that stuff you've mentioned is bad news to be taken for recreational purposes on a regular basis. Chamba is way safer because due to the absence of THC receptors in the parts of the brain that control breathing and heartbeat, it's nearly impossible to overdose on ngayaya.

From a financial perspective, the money is way better in the mutoriro game though.

Methamphetamine can literary mess up your teeth really bad. I don't understand why people hype mutoriro so much maybe it's because they are trying a new thing to them so they get carried away.

The same way when someone does mangemba for the first time.

How much is an ounce of coke in Zim compared to SA?

Like anything else, it depends on the quality of the product (purity) and connections (whether you are a regular customer or not).

An ounce (28.35 grams) averages between $1,000 to $1,500 USD.

Half an ounce (14.17 grams) that's roughly $700 USD.

And for interest's sake, a 10-gram satchet of mutoriro is about $5 to $10 USD depending on the location.
